Shipping
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Method
- All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
- Standard shipping is applied by default.
- Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and must be selected at checkout.
Shipping delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not considered shipping errors.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on order weight, shipping method, and destination.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
Tracking updates are provided by USPS and may take time to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds, and reshipment may require additional payment.
Return & Refund
Return Eligibility (U.S. Customers Only)
Returns are accepted only from customers within the United States and must be requested within 20 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging and tags
Due to the nature of doll and action figure accessories, items showing any signs of damage by improperly using are not eligible for return.
Final Sale Items
All discounted, promotional, clearance, or special sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.
International Orders
- We do not offer standard returns for international orders.
- If an international return is approved as an exception, all return shipping costs, customs fees, and related expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any item, it would be better for you to contact us first at:

- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if applicable)
Returns sent without authorization may be refused or returned to sender.
Return Shipping Costs
- We cover return shipping only if the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
- All other approved returns require the customer to pay return shipping.
- If return is requested outside the return windows (20 days), there will be a 10% restocking fees.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items returned in unacceptable condition
- Unauthorized returns
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
