When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

What shipping carrier do you use?
Standard Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

My tracking hasn’t updated

Tracking updates may take time to appear. If there is no update after several days, please contact us.

Do you take customized order?

Currently, we do not have plan on making customized order. Thank you for your interests and your understanding.

Size & Fit

Are these clothes for real people?

No. All items are designed exclusively for dolls or action figures and are not suitable for human wear.

Will this fit my doll?

Many of our styles are generally compatible with dolls of similar proportions, including NF, PP, selected Barbie body types, and several other 12" fashion doll brands; however, fit may vary depending on body shape, proportions, and design.

What dolls are your items compatible with?

While our garments are primarily designed and tested on FR body proportions, many styles are also generally compatible with:

  • FR (Fashion Royalty)
  • NF (Nu.Face)
  • PP (Poppy Parker)
  • other 12" fashion dolls with similar proportions

However, fit may vary depending on body shape, proportions, manufacturer, or customization. For detail, please visit Size & Fitment

Why does it not fit perfectly?

Different doll bodies have different proportions. Slight looseness or variation is normal and not considered a defect.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

We accept returns from U.S. customers within 20 days, subject to approval. Details at Return Policy

Do you accept international returns?

International returns are not standard. If approved, customers must cover all shipping costs.

Why was my return rejected?

Returns may be declined if:

  • Item is used or altered
  • Item is final sale (Discounted, promotional, or special sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned)
  • Item does not meet return conditions
